THE LOCATION: It’s a great location in Malvern East just 15 – 20 mins from the city in train with lots of public transport around-buses, trams and train. 8 mins away from Monash Uni in Bus and 25 min walking. The house is close to nice and cheap eateries, cafes, shopping, on Malvern Road.
The best way to go to the house is catching the Train Towards Glen Waverley and get off at Darling Train stop (100 metres from the house).
